Day 01- Arrive Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO) Tanzania.
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be met outsidecustoms area by a driver guide holding a sign board written clearly your booking name and drive to Masai land safari lodge.
Day 02 –Tarangire National Park
After breakfast you will have a game drive at Tarangire national park, in this park also apart from see a large number of elephants walking in a group you can get a chance to see seasonal tree climbing pythons, it at first established as famous hunting block for Lions and Leopard during the colonial era, suitable soil which hold high amount of water attract thousands of animals to this park during the dry season when all the area around is dry the Tarangire national park grows green! The magnificent Baobab trees offer an amazing outlook, late afternoon drive to karatu for dinner and overnight.
Day 03 –Meeting with the Bushmen Hadzabe & Khoisan
After breakfast, in the company of a local guide, speaking their language, you will meet the Hadzabe and Khoisan, a primitive nomadic tribe of hunter-gatherers, close to the South African bushmen with all the precautions of an ethnologist seeking to observe without interfering. This nomadic “bushman” people, practically extinct, still exists in this region of the world (less than 300 individuals). Living in small family groups of about fifteen members, they own only bows and arrows and live in the greatest destitution. They feed on small game, fruits and roots and live on the shoreline without built-up habitat. Their language resembles the click language of the Bushmen of the Kalahari (Botswana). It is very surprising to approach a people living like the men of the Stone Age. You will experience intense moments near Lake Eyasi, an impression of the end of the world in the heart of Africa.
The Hadzabe are among the last three hunter-gatherer ethnic groups that still live on our land, survivors of prehistory. Fifteen thousand years ago, all human groups on all continents lived by hunting, collecting fruits and roots, like the Hadzabe or the pygmies today.
In the afternoon, you will discover the surroundings of the lake in the company of a local guide and meet another ethnic group, the Datooga’s, pastoralists from the Ngorongoro region who were chased by the Maasai to the south. They dance and sing in the manner of the Maasai people. The men live with several women in the same hut and have many children. Women and sometimes men are marked by scarification around the eyes. Return to Kankari lodge karatu.
Day 04– Manyara National Park.
After breakfast drive to Manyara national park with your packed lunch. Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, to enter in the park you will be welcomed by tropical forest and baboons, the vegetations is green because of underground water from Ngorongoro Conservation, consisting of a shallow but huge soda lake which frequently host huge flock of Flamingos, located at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. Three quarter of the park is covered by this blue lake Manyara. It is also famous for its tree-climbing lion. Dinner and overnight at Karatu.
Day 05 – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro for Crater tour with packed lunch, your drive today will lead you to a descend down the crater floor for a full exploration of what the crater has to offer by tracking game with your guide. The crater is 610m deep and 260km wide, making it the largest Caldera in the word. The crater contains all the bid five animals (lions, elephant, rhinos, leopard, and buffaloes). Hippos, cheetah, antelopes, and spotted hyena. Also, in the crater you can see different species of birds,you will enjoy other such as velvet monkey, jackal, foxes, rock and tree hyraxes, warthog and zebra, Later afternoon drive to Serengeti for Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Sound of Nature.
Day 06 – Full day Serengeti
Early in the morning start game drive in the Serengeti plains trying to capture different animals. Enjoy an unforgettable sunrise game drive across the Serengeti and get a chance to appreciate the view as the sun set fire to the savannah while predators such as leopards and lions hunt for their morning meal. You will proceed to explore the vast savannah of Serengeti with your packed lunch. Take your hat and sunglasses out and enjoy what nature has in store for you. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Sound of Nature.
Day 07– Serengeti to Karatu
After breakfast you will start a game drive in Serengeti toward Naabi gate then check out Serengeti national Park, after adventure and enjoyment of the day then heading back to Arusha via Ngorongoro Conservation Area,Dinner and overnight at Masai land safari lodge.
Day 08: coffee tour
After breakfast you will drive from Arusha at Masai land safari lodge to Meru region for coffee tour, located just outside of Arusha, famous for its coffee plantations. The scenic drive to the coffee farms will offer views of Mount Meru in the distance, adding a touch of adventure to your trip. Take a walk to a coffee farm and learn how farmers plant coffee trees, care for a farm and pick ripe berries.
Experience different steps to dry, roast and grind roasted beans, make your own Cup of coffee to taste with friends and the host farmers family. Later afternoon drive to the Airport for your flight.
